My journey in education has been anything but linear — and I believe that’s exactly what makes it meaningful and exciting for me. Each twist and turn has brought new insights, challenges, and growth. I feel deeply satisfied with the path I’m on, because it reflects who I am and how I choose to evolve.
I started with a technical foundation in Mechanical Engineering (IAU, Karaj, Iran, 2005), which gave me an engineering mindset to understand how things work. But as my career evolved, so did my curiosity. I pursued a Master’s in Executive Management (E.MBA) at PNU, Karaj (2017), where I learned how to lead, strategise, and make decisions that drive impact.
Most recently, I completed a Master’s in Sustainable Energy Systems at Chalmers University in Sweden (2023). My thesis, conducted at Siemens Energy, explored the future of gas turbines with a focus on hydrogen and carbon capture — a topic close to my heart and aligned with the global shift toward cleaner energy.
📘 What Drives Me to Keep Learning?
Education isn’t just about degrees — it’s about transformation. Each program I’ve pursued has helped me shift perspectives, build new skills, and connect with people who challenge me to grow. I believe in continuous learning, not just for career advancement, but for becoming a better thinker, collaborator, and human.
🧠 Courses & Certifications
Along the way, I’ve also completed specialized training in:
- Project Management (Chalmers university, Siemens PM standard (Cegos GmbH), Mapna PMBOK course)
- Finance & Accounting for Managers (PNU)
- Effective Negotiation & Task Delegation (Mapna)
- Technical systems: Firefighting, Piping & pipeline, industrial Valves, Power fluid systems, Instrumentation
- Task delegation
- Working Smart and efficiently
- Effective negotiation
These courses have helped me bridge the gap between engineering and leadership — and I continue to explore new areas through books, podcasts, and hands-on experience.
